Lizzie Varley is an experienced education professional with a background in science and a strong focus on inclusive learning, wellbeing and safeguarding.

Throughout her career, Lizzie has held significant leadership roles at educational institutions in both the UK and the UAE. She served as a SENCO at Danum Secondary Academy and as Strategic Lead for Inclusion in the largest secondary school in Doncaster. At Horizon English School in Dubai, Lizzie served as Head of Primary, Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral, Wellbeing, and Future Curriculum), including Assistant Headteacher of Inclusion and Science. Currently, Lizzie is serving as an Education Advisor at Cognita and plays a key role in promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and safeguarding across the region.
