Mr. Nitin Kripalani is the former Chief Executive Officer and is currently in an advisory role at Evolvence Knowledge Investments Limited (“EKI”). Prior to joining EKI, he was the Chief Operating Officer of EKI’s parent, Evolvence Capital. In this role, he was responsible for M&A and business development activities of the group’s retail operations, in addition to its financial and operational oversight. Mr. Kripalani joined Evolvence in 2005, and played a key role in launching Evolvence’s asset management platform. He has been involved in originating, executing and exiting several transactions, both in the GCC region and India. Prior to joining Evolvence, he was involved with the research team of Aspect Huntley Financial Services, focusing on companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Mr. Kripalani holds a Master of Business (with merit) degree from University of Sydney, Australia. He is also a CFA charter holder.
