Fees

Fees for Academic Year 2017/18

Fees are payable in four instalments; an initial deposit followed by three termly instalments.

For New Parents:

A non-refundable Registration fee of AED 500 is payable at the time of registration.

A non-refundable Assessment fee of AED 1,000 is payable at the time of assessment.

An initial deposit of 30% of the annual Tuition fees plus Boarding fees (if applicable) must be made within seven days of receiving an offer of a place. This deposit is non-refundable. Should there be a change in circumstances which necessitates a withdrawal once the deposit has been paid, any PDCs/fee payments submitted will be returned in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy. Failure to make initial payment at the time of acceptance of place will result in the offer of a place being withdrawn for the forthcoming academic year.

A rebate of 5% is applicable if the Tuition fees are paid in full within one week of the date of the offer.

For pupils starting at the beginning of the Spring term, the deposit amount will be 30% of the fees due for the remainder of the academic year at time of joining. This deposit amount will be non-refundable 15 days after the acceptance of place. The remaining fees will be divided into two payments: an initial immediate payment and one payment in the form of a post-dated cheque dated for the beginning of the Summer term.

For parents who join at the start of the Summer term, fees are charged at 30% of the total annual fees and the fees are collected in one initial immediate payment.

For Current Parents:

A deposit of 10% of the annual Tuition fees plus Boarding fees (if applicable) is due at the time of re-registration. This deposit is non-refundable. Should there be a change in circumstances which necessitates a withdrawal once the deposit has been paid, any PDCs submitted will be returned in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy. Failure to make initial payment at the time of re-registration will result in the child’s place being withdrawn for the forthcoming academic year.

An early settlement rebate of 5% will be applied to the Tuition fees only if the full year Tuition fees are paid at the time of re-registration, by 15th February of the prior academic year latest.

For All Parents:

If payment is made by cheque, parents are requested to remit three cheques at the time of acceptance of place or re-registration. Payments are divided into three installments of 40%, 30% and 30%, less the initial deposit.

Autumn Term Cheque: 40% of Tuition fees plus Boarding fees (if applicable).

Spring Term Cheque: 30% Tuition fees plus Boarding fees (if applicable).

Summer Term Cheque: 30% Tuition fees plus Boarding fees (if applicable).

There is a sibling discount of 5% on the third and subsequent child/ren.

Children joining Repton School directly from Dovecote Nursery will receive a discount of 15% on the tuition fees for the first year they attend Repton.

Transportation, meals and any other extra charges will be invoiced separately.
